CHRISTMAS QUIRKFEST

Hey there Stalker's!

We hope you're all feeling the Christmas spirit because the highly anticipated Christmas Quirkfest is finally here!

Woop Woop!!

We know it's been a while since our last one, but trust us, this year's event is going to be out of this world.

Now, let's get down to the nitty-gritty of what you can expect tonight.

First things first, we'll be taking over the Mighty Harlequin Theatre once again.

Located on a quiet road behind Waitrose, this theater may seem peaceful on any other day, but once we arrive, it's going to be anything but quiet.

Doors are at 7pm - Ready for a 7.30pm start 🎶

For those who are new to our Quirkfest, let us introduce you to the lineup for tonight:

Starting off the evening, we have the Quirk House Band. They are like the finest Christmas gift you could imagine, if you happen to be a fan of coal. Get ready to be transported into that Christmas mood, whether you like it or not!

Keeping those sleigh bells tinkling, Alexander Hulme will grace us once again!

If you were lucky enough to attend our August HQCollective, you already know that his loop-tastic style and well-crafted songs had everyone tapping their feet.

With a voice and presence that are truly infectious, Alexander's performance is a journey you don't want to miss. We're thrilled to have him join us once again.

Last but not least, we have Mookie & The Bab. This all-acoustic indie-folk group is like a musical journey through the American Southwest.

With acoustic guitar, mandolin, fiddle, layered harmonies, and even a bit of trumpet, their sound is both nostalgic and unique. They've played at festivals, toured in the US, and their influences include legends like Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. Get ready to be blown away.

Now let's talk drinks.

Unlike our regular HQ Collective evenings, where we usually operate a BYOB policy, tonight we've got you covered with a fully stocked bar at the Harlequin Theatre. And don't worry, the prices are more than reasonable, so you won't go thirsty while enjoying the music.

As for ticket information, we want to let you know that due to the salon being closed today (because it's Sunday, you know how it goes), we won't be selling tickets at the salon.

However, if you're interested in attending and want to check if there are any tickets left, simply shoot us a message here, or an email, and we'll be happy to assist you.

And let's not forget the most important part—the reason behind this event.

This year, we've chosen to support the Malaria Consortium, a remarkable charity dedicated to combating malaria, one of the world's most pressing health challenges. Malaria continues to devastate hundreds of thousands of lives, especially in sub-Saharan Africa.

The Malaria Consortium's mission is to reduce the burden of malaria and other infectious diseases, with a focus on children. By joining us at the Quirkfest, your presence alone will contribute to raising awareness and supporting this noble cause.

Oh, and did we mention the tombola?

That's right, there will be a tombola on the night with amazing prizes up for grabs. So, remember to bring some cash with you because you won't want to miss out on a chance to win some fantastic goodies that have been donated by our awesome local business community, along with our salon retail partners.

We can't wait to see all your smiling faces tonight as we come together to celebrate Christmas, support a good cause, and enjoy some incredible music whilst nibbling on mince pies.

Let's make this a night to remember, folks!

Tom, Rae, and the HQ Team x
