Meet Mischa.. Our festive season queen, Liverpool FC superfan, Jam Mallow enthusiast, and one of the brightest souls in the building. If you’ve ever crossed paths with her at HQ, you’ll know she brings warmth, humour, and the biggest smile to every corner of the House.
Over the last two years, Mischa has been on her learning journey with us, and through lots of honest chats, reflection, and trying new things, we’ve discovered something really important together…
Mischa’s favourite parts of salon life aren’t confined to the traditional stylist pathway - They’re bigger, broader, and all about that salon life.
So, we’ve created a brand new role that fits her strengths like a glove and keeps her right here with us where she belongs.
Introducing…
🌟 MISCHA – HQ HOUSE HELPER! 🌟
(Our first ever, and already iconic!)
In her new role, Mischa will be:
💫Helping our Stalkers with simple colour applications, glazes + toner work
💫Creating express finish styling for those speedy glow-ups
💫Becoming our in-house social media snapper, capturing all of the magic behind the scenes!
💫Assisting the team as our House Helper (the organisation fairy we didn’t know we needed)
💫And greeting everyone at HQ with her signature warmth and chaos free energy.
We’re so proud of her for having the courage to carve out her own path, and even prouder that her journey keeps her here with all of us.
So next time you’re in the salon, give Mischa a big high five (or chat Christmas with her 🎄 she’ll always say yes to that, even in the Summer).
Here’s to her next chapter at HQ, brighter, bolder, and fully made for her.
