Introducing May's special the Dirty Blueberry Soda! š«š±
This is a delightful blend of homemade blueberry syrup which was crafted with mischief by Rae, a dash of plant-based cream, and topped off with sparkling soda water.
Served over ice and garnished with a lemon slice shaped like the sun itself, it's the perfect sip for the season!
Fun Fact:
Blueberries aren't actually blue! Their deep hue comes from anthocyanins, powerful antioxidants that give them their rich colour and numerous health benefits. Who knew?!
This drink is both gluten free + vegan as standard + is available throughout the whole of May!
