DRINK OF THE MONTH

This month, we’re treating you all to something refreshingly different.. A sweet, sour, fizzy, totally handmade drink inspired by Korean tradition!
Yes, we made it ourselves! Rae brewed up a homemade batch of Korean cheong 청 - a syrup made by slowly preserving fruit in sugar over days (yes, days!) to create a beautifully jammy, flavour-rich syrup perfect for both drinks and desserts!
🫐✨ This month’s specialty drink blends:
• Our slow-made cherry + berry cheong
• Bubbly tonic water
• A splash of cherry gin (totally optional!)
• Poured over ice and finished with a sprig of mint, slice of lemon and a sprinkling of summer berries!
🌿 It’s Vegan + Gluten-free as standard
Also available with or without alcohol - just let us know when you order it to go just fruit!
💡 FUN FACT!
Cheong (pronounced ch-un-ng) has been used in Korea for centuries in teas and home remedies - it’s kind of like cordial, but way cooler and naturally made. No artificial flavours, just good old-fashioned patience and fruit!
🫶 It’s our July-only treat — exclusively for all Stalker's whilst you’re visiting us!
Ask the M.O.T.H, or a Quirker to try it during your appointment!
